When you send money to a Mastercard, all you need for the money transfer is the Swiss Bankers app, the recipient's name, address and the recipient's card number. The transferred amount is generally credited to the recipient’s Mastercard within 30 minutes and is available immediately.
Other money receiving options such as mobile wallet, bank account, cash collection and UnionPay are also available.

How do I transfer money to a Mastercard?
Transfer money directly to a Mastercard card in four steps:
Open the Send feature in the Swiss Bankers app and select your destination country.
Select the «Mastercard»1 payment option.
Select the Swiss Bankers card you wish to use to pay.
Enter the recipient's2 official name, address and complete credit card number (13 – 19 digits).
The transfer amount will be available on the recipient’s credit card usually within 2 minutes to max. 2 hours after a successful transaction.
The «Send» service may only be used by persons resident in Switzerland.
How do I send money to a mobile phone?
Transfer money directly to a mobile phone in four steps:
Open the «Send» feature in the Swiss Bankers app and select your destination country.
Select the «Mobile wallet»3 payment option
Select the payment method by which you wish to pay
Enter the recipient's2 official name, address and complete telephone number

How do I transfer money to a bank account?
Transfer money directly to a bank account in four steps:
Open the «Send» feature in the Swiss Bankers app and select your destination country.
Select the «Bank account»4 payment option
Select the Swiss Bankers card you wish to use to pay.
Enter the recipient's2 official name, address and full bank account details (IBAN, account number and BIC)
The transfer amount will be available in the recipient’s account within 1-3 working days (mo-fr) after a successful transaction.
The «Send» service may only be used by persons resident in Switzerland.
1 It is only possible to send money to Mastercard cards (debit, prepaid and credit cards).
2 Beneficiary's name must match exactly as it appears on the identification (ID, passport) otherwise the receiving amount will not be delivered to the beneficiary.
3 Sending amount will be applied to the beneficiary’s mobile wallet (mobile phone) specified on Swiss Bankers beneficiary’s data form. Additional fees may apply on receiver side.

How can I send money abroad?
All you need is the Swiss Bankers app and a Swiss Bankers card. You can send money in just 3 steps:
1. download and register the app
2. add your Swiss Bankers card or order a Swiss Bankers card
3. confirm your identity via video call
4. select the receiving country and enter the amount to be sent

How do I pay for sending money?
With a Swiss Bankers card (a Swiss Bankers card can be ordered directly in the app and is available digitally within minutes.
How can I send money to a Mastercard?

3. Enter the recipient's Mastercard card number and address of residence

2. Select the recipient's country and the "Mobile Wallet" option
3. Enter the recipient's address and mobile number
4. Confirm the order
The recipient usually receives the money within a few minutes.
Note: The recipient must be a customer of the mobile provider mentioned in the app.
How can I send money as a cash payment?
1. New customers: Download the app, register, order a Swiss Bankers card or add an existing one. Confirm identity via video call.
2. Select the recipient's country and choose the "cash pick-up" delivery option
3. Choose a service provider from which the recipient can pick up the cash (the cash can be picked up at any branch of the chosen service provider)
4. Enter the recipient's address
5. Confirm the order and pay for it
6. We will provide you with a Cash Pick-up code, which you must forward to the recipient. The cash will be paid to the recipient upon presentation of this code and an official form of identification.
The recipient can usually pick up the money within a few minutes.
What is the minimum and maximum amount of money I can send?
To a Mastercard card: from CHF 1 to CHF 2,500 (depending on the country of receipt)
To a bank account: From CHF 1 to CHF 25,000 (depending on the recipient country)
To a digital wallet: From CHF 1 to CHF 2,500 (depending on the recipient country)
As a cash payment: From CHF 30 to CHF 2,500 (depending on the recipient country)
To a Union Pay card to China: CHF 3 to CHF 5,000
How can I track my payments?
You can view the status of your payment orders under "Track transactions" in the Swiss Bankers app. You can make a payment again at any time.
