What to do in case of fraud

Do this immediately:

  1. Block your card immediately.
  2. If you use the Swiss Bankers app, block your card immediately. This way, further abusive transactions can be prevented. Or block your card by calling our Customer Service on +41 31 710 12 15.
  3. Report your suspicions of fraud immediately to our Customer Service at +41 31 710 12 15 or info@swissbankers.ch.
  4. Please complete the online disputed Transactions form and send it to info@swissbankers.ch.

Order your replacement card directly in the app

We want to offer you an even more convenient and efficient service: ordering replacement cards is now available directly via the Swiss Bankers app – fast, secure, and accessible 24/7.

It’s very simple:
Open the Swiss Bankers app, select “General Settings” from the menu, then tap “Replace Card.” Then just follow the instructions.

Note:
At the moment, ordering a replacement card via the app is only possible in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
