Does the cashback apply to bookings made through booking.com as well as the Booking.com app?

The cashback must be booked via the Swiss Bankers booking page on Booking.com. This can be done via the Booking.com website or the app.

Does the cashback apply to all accommodations on Booking.com?

The cashback applies to all accommodation booked through the Swiss Bankers booking page on Booking.com. The corresponding cashback amount will be displayed below the accommodation price and the selected room.

Does the cashback also apply to discounted accommodations?

Yes, the cashback also applies to discounted accommodations if it is displayed.

I don't have a Booking.com account, can I still benefit?

No, to benefit from the cashback, you need a Booking.com account as well as a Travel card for booking the accommodation. The email address of the account must match the one used to make the booking. You can create an account even after making the booking to benefit from the cashback.

Can I withdraw the cashback?

No, the cashback is credited as travel credit to your Booking.com Wallet and cannot be withdrawn in cash.

How and when do I receive the cashback?

The cashback is paid into the Booking.com-Wallet after your departure and takes at least 64 days.

How and for what can I use the cashback?

You can use the cashback in the Booking.com-Wallet to pay for accommodation, flight bookings, car hire bookings, attraction bookings, prepaid taxi bookings and all insurances. Please note that not all accommodations accept Wallet payments. Accommodations that accept them are marked "Pay with Wallet."

Who is eligible to benefit from the cashback?

To benefit from the cashback, the booking must be paid with the Swiss Bankers Travel card. No cashback will be paid when using other payment methods. The booking must be made via the Swiss Bankers booking page on Booking.  If you have not booked via the booking page, there is no entitlement to the cashback, goodwill is excluded.

How long can I benefit from the cashback?

The offer is valid indefinitely, but can be changed or discontinued by Booking.com within 5 days. If you have booked your accommodation before the offer expires, you will still benefit from the cashback if you stay at the accommodation at a later date.

How often can I benefit from the cashback?

As often as you want during the specified promotional period.

Where can I find the Booking.com Wallet?

Sign in to your Booking.com account. Then click on your name in the upper right corner. Select "Rewards & Wallet" from the drop-down list to access your Wallet.
